Made-to-Order Products

TEMPÊTE specializes in thoughtfully designed, made-to-order bridal accessories. Unless otherwise stated, each piece is produced specifically for your order.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing your order.

Production Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to material availability, order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you require your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. Rush production may be available depending on our production schedule.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are managed by the carrier.

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by TEMPÊTE.

While we carefully select reliable shipping services and dispatch orders within our stated production timelines, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times or accept responsibility for delays caused by customs, severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier operational issues, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Weddings & Time-Sensitive Events

Many TEMPÊTE products are purchased for weddings and other important celebrations.

Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient production and shipping time before their required date.

While we are always happy to assist with rush requests whenever possible, TEMPÊTE cannot guarantee delivery for a specific wedding or event date unless expressly confirmed in writing by our team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TEMPÊTE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delayed delivery, or use of our products.

This includes, but is not limited to, missed weddings or events, travel expenses, venue costs, emotional distress, lost opportunities, or other consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, hand-finishing, or other characteristics may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, lighting, screen settings, and natural materials.

These variations do not constitute defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of TEMPÊTE Brand Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, TEMPÊTE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
